Masterclass is Additional Feature, Which needs to be Manually enabled for Companies. Only on enablement Can a Company Access it. Masterclass is Also Often Charged Extra (Apart from Normal Plan). We use External Tool Called Dyte to Provide this Service.

Masterclass is meant to be a form of Training, which unlike Traditional forms of Pre Recorded Content or Video - is a Live Interactive session, where Multiple Hosts and Multiple People Join and Learn.

Masterclass is Essentially Built to Take Live Session with Large Audiences or Participants. It is not meant as a Replacement tool for Video Calls, or Small Meetings.

   • Creation of Training is Restricted for Hosts Only.
   • This is a Additional a User Must have in order to Create Masterclass, Only a HR can assign this role.
   • A HR on HR Dashboard can go to Employee Management Tab, Find the User and Can Assign The Role of Host.

   In Addition to This we Categorise Users in 3 Roles in Masterclass

   1. Participant : All Invited Users, Apart From The User Creating Masterclass (Host), Invited as Speakers
      1. Are Invited By Tagging Departments and Groups
      2. Can Only View, Hear and Access Chat, Polls
      3. Request to Join Stage ( Share Video, Audio, Screen Share )
   2. Speaker : Users Added as Speaker
      1. Have Access to Share Video, Audio, Chat, Screen Share and Invite/ Accept Participants to Stage
      2. Can Toggle Downloading
   3. Host : User who created Masterclass.
      1. Same as Speaker, In Addition Can Access Metrics, Recordings of Masterclass

9. Masterclass Creation

   1. Required Fields
      1. Title
      2. Description - This is Rich Media Option - Users Can Format there Description with Options like Bold, Italic, Underline, Bullets, Links.
      3. Skill Tags
      4. Departments, Groups (At least 1)
      5. Type of Meet (Bhyve Video - Our Internal Video Conferencing Tool, Google Meet Microsoft Teams, Any Other)
      6. Start Recording as Soon as the Meeting Starts
      7. Award Certificates
      8. Start Date Time and End Date Time of Masterclass (A Masterclass Cannot Extend Beyond a Day. The Start Date and End Date Must be of Different Times but on Same Day.)

       2. You Should be Present in Either List of Speakers or Invited Participants

       2. Users Can See Masterclasses they have Created
          1. On Clicking on it - They Can See Metrics
          2. If Masterclass time Hasn’t Started, The Host can also Reschedule Masterclass
